Telum was established in 1993 by Arthur Neeson and provides contract labour and permanent placement services to the construction industry in New South Wales and Queensland. As we specifically service the construction industry, we have a deep and broad understanding of our client’s needs.

Our management team has a diverse range of experience within the construction industry over a period of 30 years, including occupational health and safety, industrial relations, finance and project management. We have managed large labour pools on major civil and commercial projects and single placements on small projects. To each project we bring these diverse skills and knowledge to assist our clients in delivering successful projects.
